At Trusted Health Brands, we understand that life changes, and so do your needs. That’s why we’ve made managing your subscription as simple and flexible as possible. Here’s everything you need to know to take full control of your subscription.
Accessing Your Subscription
Your subscriptions have a dedicated portal where you can easily manage all aspects of your orders. Whether you want to adjust delivery dates, edit items, or update payment information, everything you need is in one convenient place. Here's how to access it:
- Order Confirmation Page: After placing an order, you can manage your subscription directly from the confirmation page. Simply click on "Manage Your Subscription."
Your subscription details are accessible immediately after placing an order.
- Email Link: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a direct link to your subscription.
What You Can Do with Your Subscription
1. Pause or Cancel Anytime
- Need a break? Hit the "Pause My Subscription" button to temporarily stop deliveries. When you’re ready, resume it with just one click.
- If you’re done for good, select "Cancel My Subscription." No commitments, no fees, no hassle.
Pause, cancel, or modify your subscription anytime from the management portal.
2. Reschedule Your Order
Life happens. If you need your items earlier or later than scheduled, you can easily adjust the date:
- Navigate to the "Billing Schedule" section.
- Click "Reschedule" next to the delivery you want to adjust.
- Choose a new date that works for you.
3. Skip a Payment
Don’t need your items this time? Skip a delivery by clicking the "Skip Payment" option. You’ll stay subscribed but won’t be charged for that cycle.
4. Edit Your Subscription

Change Order Frequency:
- Click "Edit" under the subscription box to adjust how often you receive your items (e.g., weekly, monthly, or custom intervals).

Update Items:
- Want to add a new product or change the quantity of your current items? Click "Edit" next to your items list to make the changes.

Add a Different Item:
- Looking to try something new? Add it to your subscription from the same menu.
5. Update Shipping and Payment Details

Shipping Address:
- If you’ve moved or need your order delivered elsewhere, click "Edit" under the shipping section and input your new address.

Payment Method:
- Need to switch cards? No problem. Select "Edit" under the payment section to update your payment details securely.
6. Manually Place a New Order
Need your items right away? You can place a new order manually:
- Click "Place New Order."
- You’ll see a confirmation pop-up with three options:
Quickly place a new order or reset your delivery schedule with these options.
- Place an Order Now: Your current items will be ordered immediately.
- Place Order and Reset Schedule: Your items will be ordered immediately, and your subscription schedule will restart from the new date.
- Wait, I Changed My Mind! Go back without placing an order.
